What to Expect with Juvéderm Volbella®
An initial consultation with our board-certified dermatologists is necessary before determining if Volbella is right for your aesthetic goals. During your consultation, prepare to discuss your specific concerns and desired results so we can achieve the best, natural-looking results.
During the Volbella treatment, our dermatologists will use an ultra-fine needle to inject the hyaluronic acid gel into and around the lips to soften lip and mouth lines, as well as plump the lips for a more pleasing shape. Juvéderm Volbella contains lidocaine, a type of anesthetic, to increase your comfort throughout the procedure.
Juvéderm Volbella® Results
Patients can expect to see results immediately following treatment. With the skills of our board-certified dermatologists, you will see natural-looking, fuller, and more defined lips, enhancing your smile and boosting your self-confidence. Results from Juvéderm Volbella last up to one year. Touch-up treatments may be recommended to maintain your results.
The Side Effects of Juvéderm Volbella®
Common side effects are mild and resolve on their own within one week of treatment. These may include redness, swelling, bruising and minor tenderness at the injection site.
