Types Of RHA Filler
RHA 1

How Does RHA Work?
RHA can be injected into the skin using an ultrafine needle. Once in place, the product adds a small amount of volume to the skin to smooth wrinkles and folds. RHA also contains lidocaine within its formula, making the injection procedure comfortable. Like other hyaluronic acid fillers, RHA is not permanent. The body will safely and naturally metabolize the product over time, meaning that your results will gradually subside. This typically takes place over the course of about 12-15 months, after which you can receive maintenance injections.
RHA Results
A vast majority of RHA patients will see a noticeable improvement in their fine lines or wrinkles immediately after their injections. In addition to smoother skin, the product is designed to move naturally in dynamic areas while remaining firm, stable, and long-lasting. This means that you can enjoy your results for up to 15 months on average. During a consultation, a long-term treatment plan including routine maintenance injections can be discussed.
Side Effects of RHA
RHA injections involve few risks, but you may notice some minor side effects. Some slight swelling, redness, and discomfort can occur after RHA injections, and your injector may recommend a cold compress to help alleviate these side effects. The lidocaine within RHA will also cause temporary numbness or tingling in the treatment area. These side effects should subside within a few hours. After your injections, you may be asked to limit exercise, sun exposure, or cold and heat (such as use of a sauna) for up to 24 hours. You may also be instructed to avoid applying makeup for about 24 hours after your injections, as this could increase the risk of infection. In some cases, patients may also experience bruising, lumps or bumps, itching, or other less common side effects.
